There is no expected downtime, though you may notice brief inconsistencies as updates are applied and caches are cleared.
Fixes & Improvements
General Improvements
- Fix to search bar on pages (inconsistent loading of results)
- Music copyright field length increased to 255 characters
- Blocked members will not display on Form invitee list
- Members CSV and Excel exports remove extra spaces before names
- Account import update select behaviour fixed
Reporting & Data
- Free tickets will appear in Product Revenue Report counts ($0 value)
Bulletins
- Bulletins "pinned" icon display behaviour fixed and changed from a star icon to a pushpin
Email & Mailing Lists
- Ability to send email to a list from a listed secondary email address fixed
- If that secondary email address is listed under two accounts, a bounce-back message will be sent
- Incoming email can only be accepted from email addresses with one exact account match (to preserve mailing list sender rules)
Calendar (iCal) Updates
- iCal files will include event notes
- Internal notes will display for members
- Public notes (if present) will display for community members
- Event notes can take up to 24 hours to appear in Google Calendar and other external calendar systems
