This is our first customer-chosen update packet, selected by voting in our Discord community — and it’s focused on improving attendance workflows, reporting clarity, and day-of-event usability.
Attendance Reports & Visibility

Added subgroup filtering to the Attendance Report

Added tardiness (partial attendance) tracking column

Added excused vs unexcused absence columns for Must Attend events

Attendance Grid Report now only shows events where the displayed people are invited, with an optional checkbox to display all events

Admin Attendance page simplified with a Future / Past events toggle (date filters removed for clarity)
Member Attendance Management Improvements

Members can now multi-select and bulk update attendance for invited events on the My Attendance page (for Will / Won’t Attend responses)

Attendance change flow updated to use a single “Change” button, with:

Clear invite-type flags (RSVP, Must Attend, Apply, etc.)

Admin setting added: Show Invitees tab on event view pages, allowing members to see who’s invited and their attendance intent (useful for carpooling & coordination). This is only available on the website, it is not yet available within the app.
