This update includes improvements to the Event Program editor, along with several smaller fixes and usability updates across the site.

Event Program Editor Improvements

We’ve updated the Event Program editor to make it easier to build and manage concert programs:

  • Program controls have been moved below the table for a cleaner layout.
  • Quick Add and Copy Entire Program now open searchable selection windows.
  • Each program item now displays a calculated Start Time.
  • Row actions have been moved into a simple menu.
  • Copying a program now adds the copied items to your existing program instead of replacing it.
  • Duration entry has been updated from minutes and seconds to hours and minutes, with automatic formatting and a live Total Duration.
  • Fixed an issue that could prevent program items from saving correctly.

What this means for you: Building and adjusting event programs should now feel faster and more intuitive, with a clearer view of your overall running time.

Email and Communication Improvements

  • Improved support for emailing form-related recipient groups.
  • Added a helpful prompt when an email has no recipients, including a direct link to the invitees page.
  • Added a No Attendance Status option when emailing event attendees.
  • Fixed an issue where some form-related email settings could interfere with event email options.

What this means for you: It should be easier to send the right emails to the right people, especially when following up with event invitees or form-related recipient groups.

Membership and Invoice Improvements

  • Membership records are now created correctly when an admin creates an invoice on a member’s behalf.

What this means for you: Membership records and invoices will stay better aligned when admins manually create invoices.

Attendance and People Fixes

  • Improved attendance filtering and sorting.
  • Added a No Response filter to the Manage Attendance page.
  • Improved filters for fields such as labels, including cases where a person has no value entered.
  • Fixed the birthday block so early-month birthdays still appear when viewed later in the month.

What this means for you: Attendance and people-management reports should provide more accurate and complete results.

Bulletin Improvements

  • Cancelling a bulletin now returns you to the Manage Bulletins page instead of the home page.
  • Sending a test bulletin no longer causes unsaved changes to be lost.

What this means for you: It should be safer and easier to review and test bulletins before sending them.

Setup, Access, and Public Site Updates

  • Improved link display and spacing in the Setup Wizard.
  • Guests can now continue as guests during checkout instead of being required to log in.
  • Updated login reminders so they are only sent to current members and leaders.
  • Coordinators and managers now have the appropriate file-upload permissions.
  • Restored the Public Site menu link for members and applicants.
  • Clarified the description for product visibility settings on the Public Site.

What this means for you: Guests should have a smoother checkout experience, and several setup and access settings should now be clearer and more consistent.

Additional Small Fixes

  • Fixed an error that could occur when editing the dashboard.
  • Improved the display of long filenames in the Music area.
  • Fixed an error that could occur when saving details for a new member.
