Patch Update – Fixes Applied

A small patch update has been rolled out and site caches are currently being cleared across the system. All fixes listed below are now live.

Public Site Setup

• Resolved an issue where some public sites could lose changes when switching into Active mode during setup.

• Public site setup now includes a dedicated Activate button to ensure changes are safely applied before going live.

Note: This issue only affected sites still in setup mode and did not impact already active public sites.

Event Communication

• Fixed an issue where Send an email to attendees could skip people who used Apply to attend when the Will attend filter was selected.

Data Imports

• Added a clearer error message when importing data that exceeds the allowed field length.

• Event imports now correctly follow the site’s selected date format (American, European, or British standard).

Data Cleanup

• Extra spaces accidentally entered after email addresses are now automatically removed when a profile is saved.

Store / Products

• Fixed an issue where subscription start and end dates could remain on products that were later changed from membership to donation types, which could cause subscription errors. These dates are now automatically removed when the product type changes.

Minor Fixes

• Corrected a typo on the Configure Theme settings page.
