There are a variety of ready-made reports available within your site, under the menu item "Reports". Reports are split into two tabs, Tabular, and Other.
All reports are filterable, searchable, and exportable to a variety of formats, including csv and pdf.
Account Reports
Accessible to: Admin, Manager, Coordinator
Location: Tabular tab
| Account contact report | Contact information for all accounts, and their parents' contact info if applicable |
| Birthday report | Member birthdays |
| Travel report | Medical and emergency contact info of members, useful when the group travels. |
Event Attendance Reports
Accessible to: Admin, Manager, Coordinator
Location: Tabular tab
| Attendance forecast grid | A compact grid showing forecasted attendance for a set of people and a set of events |
| Attendance grid | A compact grid showing attendance for a set of people and a set of events |
| Attendance report | Attendance stats by user. Does not include cases where attendance for an event or a person is not recorded. |
| Ticketing report | Ticketed event numbers, including total tickets purchased for an event, and number of actual attendees. |
Store Reports
Accessible to: Admin & Manager
Location: Tabular tab
| Account balances report | Balances for each account, as well as credits |
| Donation list | List of individual donations |
| Order line items | Separate row for each order line item, showing transaction, date, purchaser |
| Order report | all store orders (similar to the manage orders page) |
| Revenue by product report | Store revenue by product, showing category, name, count, sales, tax and revenue. Filter by a date range. |
| Revenue by product version report | Store revenue by product version, showing category, name, count, sales, tax and revenue. Filter by a date range. |
| Transaction report | Store transactions, including date, transaction number, invoice number, and amount. Negative amounts are refunds. |
Volunteer Reports
Accessible to: Admin, Manager, Coordinator
Location: Tabular tab
| Volunteer report | Sum of volunteer points by user name. |
Other Reports
Accessible to: Admin, Manager, Coordinator
Location: Other tab
| Badge report | Printing badges with names, subgroups, labels, and QR codes. Exports to Avery 5392 US Letter, and Avery 7173 A4. |
