Badge Report Features

The Badge Report provides customization options to suit your needs. Below is an overview of its features:

1. Printing Formats

You can print badges in two standard formats:

  • Avery 5392: US Letterhead format

  • Avery 7173: A4 size format

Ensure your printer and paper are compatible with your selected format for the best results.

2. Choose the Displayed Accounts

The Badge Report allows you to decide which accounts to include on the badges:

  • By Role (e.g., Member, Applicant, etc)

  • By Subgroups (e.g., choir sections, committees)

  • By Labels or any other filters set up within your system.

This flexibility ensures that you print only the badges you need for a specific event or purpose.

3. Included Information

Each badge displays the following by default:

  • First and Last Names of the account

  • Attendance QR Code: Used for quick attendance check-in via scanning

4. Upload Your Logo

You can personalize the badges further by uploading your organization’s logo to include on each badge.

Steps to Upload a Logo:

  1. In the Badge Report area, look for the Logo Upload option.

  2. Select the image file from your device.

  3. Ensure your logo file is in a supported format (e.g., PNG, JPG) and is of good quality for printing.

You can choose to include additional information on the badge:

  • Voice Part (e.g., soprano, alto, tenor, bass, etc)
