Update your License Payment Information

We're switching over to automatic Stripe billing

This article is for CG3 version customers only.

Starting in October 2024, we're going to be switching everyone over to Stripe automatic billing, instead of offering license renewal through our own store.

What are the benefits:
- automatic license renewal
- annual or monthly payment options
- manage your card on file yourself
- download paid invoice receipts for your chorus/choir financials

What do you need to do:
- Login to your CG3 site 
- navigate to your licensing page (Settings & Admin > Groupanizer Licensing)
- Verify your billing amount and timing
- enter your card details and click subscribe.

Be sure to include your expiry and CVC on the right side of the card number.

Your license page within your site will then list your new Stripe subscription, along with your historical licenses.

Clicking on the "Manage Subscription" button will open a special Stripe page where you can manage your subscription information. Click the "view details" below your listed pricing to review license cost and any applicable taxes.

This subscription includes a paid invoice down at the bottom, as the billing date has already passed.

Click on the invoices under "Invoice History" to access your receipts.

You can also add new payment methods, update your billing information, and manage your plan from this page.


FAQ

Will my renewal date stay the same?
- Yes! Your new stripe subscription will match your current renewal date.

Will I get reminders before Stripe auto-renews my subscription?
- Yes! Stripe will send a reminder about your upcoming auto-renewal 15 days before it will be charged.

What if I want to switch from annual to monthly billing, or vice versa?
- we can help with that! Contact support via support@groupanizer.com and we can make those adjustments.

What if the amount I'm going to be billed isn't right?
- contact support via support@groupanizer.com and we will get it sorted for you.

What if I need to to add more users than my current license allows?
- contact support via support@groupanizer.com and we will sort out the best license upgrade for you.

What about multi-year license discounts?
Sorry, we're not offering those any more - but your Org discounts (BHS, Sweet Ads) are still included in your annual pricing automatically.

Why is my billed total different from my subscription total?
- Check your invoice - the difference is likely due to applicable taxes based on your location.
